Vanessa Miller is a Learning and Development Consultant with extensive experience in instructor-led, virtual, and in-person training. She is skilled in all aspects of instructional design, from skills training to knowledge transfer. Her learner-centred approach ensures participants are engaged and actively involved in the learning process.

Vanessa has collaborated with many prestigious organisations to design and deliver training programmes that are stimulating, impactful, and reflective. Her expertise spans a wide range of topics, including Communication, Leadership, Empowerment, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Professional Development. She is a frequent guest presenter at conferences and workshops, inspiring attendees with her insightful sessions.

Before joining the private sector, Vanessa had a distinguished career in the U.S. Federal Service with the Transportation Security Administration. As a Training Specialist at JFK Airport, she managed the training needs of 2,000 Transportation Security Officers. Her responsibilities included conducting procedural audits, overseeing a team of 15 Security Instructors, delivering skills training sessions, and administering recertification testing.

Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys reading, yoga, and meditation.
